+Hello neighbors.
+Whew! It is hot! And it will be for the next week. Stay hydrated. Watch your pets. Give extra water for those plants.
+This weekend is the annual Oktoberfest at St.Martins. Please keep an eye peeled for people parking here or wandering our neighborhood. See something, say something.
+The Arborists will be here on Monday for the fall clip. Their advance man was here today to prep. He found an active beehive high up in one of the Chinese Elms on Carmonita almost at the Lorca elbow. It will take a bit to move it so take care when you are walking over in that area.
+We have a Talk-Around for all residents this Sunday at 4:00 PM at the clubhouse. Topics will include membership dues, budget outlook, 1572 update, preparations for our wet season, our Holiday season promotion, power panels, and your concerns and questions.
+There will be an RGS walk-around on Tuesday, October 6th at 9:30 AM. Our next board meeting will be next Thursday, October 8th, at 7:00 PM for members only.
