+Good afternoon neighbors and happy 4th of July weekend. Chris and I hope you have a patriotic fourth.
+Sunday, July 5th, at 4:00 p.m., in the clubhouse, we will have a talk around. I have gotten word that the company who is preparing our AB 1572 report will be presenting at this meeting. This is an important proposal. Owners, we encourage you to begin to get this on your radar screen because the decisions that will start to be made at this meeting will affect the general landscape of the complex from here forward. We strongly encourage you to attend this board meeting this Thursday, July 10th at 7:00 p.m. and stay through the homeowner session to the 1572 presentation. A big chunk of our reserves are going to be committed to this irrigation redesign happening over the next 4 years and you will want to know about it.
+If you come on Sunday for the talk around, we will have a discussion previous to the board meeting and you can get front loaded.
+In the meantime, you can also bring your questions, queries, concerns, and observations. The Sunday meeting is open to all residents in the Yorba Linda Knolls complex. The board meeting on Thursday is available only for owners.
+Come and learn new information, meet new neighbors, let your voice be heard, and be a part of our Yorba Linda Knolls community.

+personnel matters, or to meet with a member, upon the member’s request, regarding
+the member’s payment of assessments, as specified in Section 5665.
+III. HOMEOWNER FORUM
+Any owner in attendance is permitted to take three (3) minutes to address the Board
+regarding Association related matters. The Board may address the issues at that
+time or upon a later date. Once the homeowner forum has concluded, members are
+welcome to stay and observe the remainder of the meeting. However, they are not
+permitted to participate.

+Happy Wednesday afternoon.
+Tomorrow, Thursday, at 7:00PM we have a board meeting and all owners are welcome to attend. We'll have the Homeowner forum and then watch the board discuss the following items: parking permits, architectural applications, landscape proposals, the 2025 draft audit, the reserve study proposal, and other reports for review.
+A reminder that Friday our massive trash bin arrives and Saturday at 7:00AM our community-wide garage sale begins. Be ready for more foot and car traffic. The sale lasts till 11:00AM.
+The shredder, e-waste, and clothing bins will be available at the main pool all weekend.
+This is a great time for some spring cleaning.
