+Tomorrow, Thursday, at 7:00PM we have a board meeting and all owners are welcome to attend. We'll have the Homeowner forum and then watch the board discuss the following items: parking permits, architectural applications, landscape proposals, the 2025 draft audit, the reserve study proposal, and other reports for review.
+A reminder that Friday our massive trash bin arrives and Saturday at 7:00AM our community-wide garage sale begins. Be ready for more foot and car traffic. The sale lasts till 11:00AM.
+The shredder, e-waste, and clothing bins will be available at the main pool all weekend.
+This is a great time for some spring cleaning.
+I am including a summary of the YLK Financials for April 2026.

+Happy May Day!
+May is a full month.
+Because Mother's Day is on Sunday, May 10th, the Sunday before the Thursday May 14th Board Meeting, we are moving this month's Talk-Around to this coming Sunday, May 3rd, at 4:00PM at the clubhouse.
+Whew, did you get all that?
+We'll review and recap the finished plaza construction, clubhouse water heater, wall and carpet restoration, community-wide garage sale events and details, update AB 1572 and North Pool progress, and review your concerns and questions. We'll also preview a bit of the discussion going on currently about the electrical panel replacement progress.
