+We're set to "spring forward" this Saturday night so there will be more daylight on Sunday at 4:00 pm when we gather at the clubhouse to meet for the March Talk Around.
+We will preview the plaza pavings, 1572 update, the May community-wide garage sale, and all other concerns you bring along.
+All residents are welcome to the Talk Arounds so please invite your neighbors.
+Our next board meeting will be on Thursday, March 12th at 7:00 PM.

+Happy February! We have a board meeting for this month tomorrow night, Thursday, February 12, at 7 PM at the clubhouse. The homeowner session will start at 7 PM and we hope to see you there.

+This Sunday is Super Bowl Sunday and it also coincides with the time we usually have the talk around. Because this is America’s holiday, we are not going to have a talk around. Our next board meeting will be a week from Thursday, February 12th, at 7 o’clock at the clubhouse. We hope to see you there.

+We have an early in the month board meeting tonight at the clubhouse at 7 o’clock.
+There were no contested seats for the board in this last election so the actions regarding the election tonight will be perfunctory as the board chooses who will perform what duties.
+There will be some landscape issues discussed, patio cover maintenance, tree maintenance, as well as finances for the coming year, and spot painting around the complex.
+We continue to work on the irrigation challenge, and of course work on the functional issues for members; parking permits, solar panels, architectural changes, etc.
+Owners are welcome and encouraged to join us tonight at 7 o’clock at the clubhouse. We look forward to seeing you there.
