 +Good morning neighbors.
+We have an early in the month board meeting tonight at the clubhouse at 7 o’clock.
 +
+There were no contested seats for the board in this last election so the actions regarding the election tonight will be perfunctory as the board chooses who will perform what duties.
 +
+There will be some landscape issues discussed, patio cover maintenance, tree maintenance, as well as finances for the coming year, and spot painting around the complex.
 +
+We continue to work on the irrigation challenge, and of course work on the functional issues for members; parking permits, solar panels, architectural changes, etc.
 +
+Owners are welcome and encouraged to join us tonight at 7 o’clock at the clubhouse. We look forward to seeing you there.
 +
 +Dave and Chris

 +Hello neighbors.
 +Happy Holidays.
 +
+Chris and I delivered your Christmas cheer to the Cervantes and Hernandez families last Saturday afternoon. They are lovely people and the children were very, very excited, especially the little ones. It was a joy to see the anticipation on their faces and the gratitude of the parents. We presented it as Christmas greetings from our community to theirs. Chris did a wonderful job gathering all your generous gifts and organizing them so that through your generosity, we delivered three gifts for each household member. There were big, big smiles and eager faces.
 +
+Here are notes from the two families. They wrote to Chris jut after we left.
 +
 +From the Cervantes family
+Thank you so much. We appreciate so much from our hearts.  God bless you and your whole family! A big hug and Hoping God blesses you and your family a lot of wishes!
 +
+And from the mom of the Hernandez family, who was at work when we dropped by.
 +
+I'm so sorry I didn't have the opportunity to meet you guys. My daughters just called me, and seeing the happiness on their faces, I simply have no words to thank you for everything you've done for us, 🥲 especially for my little ones. You are truly like angels sent to us. Thank you so much for making this a beautiful Christmas 🎄 I don't know how to thank you enough, but if there's ever anything, anything that I can do for you, please don't hesitate to contact me, and I will gladly be there for you. If you ever decide to come again and share a meal at our table with Us, you are more than welcome, and I would happily prepare some Mexican food for you guys if you like it of curse, It would be a pleasure to share a meal with guys., Again, thank you so much, and may God bless you always. 🙏🏻🫶🏻🎄🙏🏻
 +
+So once again YLK community and YL Buzz, thank you and well done on another season of giving.
