 +Pursuant to Civil Code Section 4935 (a), an Executive Session Meeting is being held before the General Session Meeting to consider any of the following: litigation, matters relating to the formation of contracts with third parties, member discipline, personnel matters, or to meet with a member, upon the member’s request, regarding the member’s payment of assessments, as specified in Section 5665.

 +Any owner in attendance is permitted to take three (3) minutes to address the Board regarding Association related matters. The Board may address the issues at that time or upon a later date. Once the homeowner forum has concluded, members are welcome to stay and observe the remainder of the meeting. However, they are not permitted to participate.

 +Hopefully you have been by Almara Plaza and have seen the new pavers that replace the stamped concrete. It looks great. Marino Plaza is getting the treatment this week.

 +October is here. Next Thursday is the October Board meeting so we will have a Talk Around aqt the Clubhouse this Sunday at 4:00 PM. We hope you can make it. Bring your friends and neighbors, as well as your questions and comments.
