+We have a board meeting tonight at the clubhouse at 7:00PM. I am including the agenda.
+We don't have September numbers yet but I am attaching parking rules, general rules and regs, and the solar panel install packet, along with the usual info sheet and map.

+Pursuant to Civil Code Section 4935 (a), an Executive Session Meeting is being held before the General Session Meeting to consider any of the following: litigation, matters relating to the formation of contracts with third parties, member discipline, personnel matters, or to meet with a member, upon the member’s request, regarding the member’s payment of assessments, as specified in Section 5665.
+III. HOMEOWNER FORUM
+Any owner in attendance is permitted to take three (3) minutes to address the Board regarding Association related matters. The Board may address the issues at that time or upon a later date. Once the homeowner forum has concluded, members are welcome to stay and observe the remainder of the meeting. However, they are not permitted to participate.

+Hello neighbors.
+Hopefully you have been by Almara Plaza and have seen the new pavers that replace the stamped concrete. It looks great. Marino Plaza is getting the treatment this week.
+October is here. Next Thursday is the October Board meeting so we will have a Talk Around aqt the Clubhouse this Sunday at 4:00 PM. We hope you can make it. Bring your friends and neighbors, as well as your questions and comments.

+Hello neighbors.
+We have got big doin’s this week.
+We have four plazas that still need pavers and we are working on two in the next two weeks.
+Tomorrow, Monday, work begins on Almara Plaza. Residents in that plaza will not have parking access from Monday till Thursday, so, let’s work together to make this construction workable. Almara residents, be sure to put passes on your car’s dash if they do not have a sticker.
+Work on Marino Plaza will begin next Monday.
+Speaking of Marino Plaza SHOUTOUT to you all for lining up your waste cans off the plaza. That will be very helpful long term on wear and tear from the garbage trucks.
+I’m including the financials and minutes from the last meeting. Our next Talk Around is Sun. Oct 5th at the clubhouse and our next board meeting is on Thursday October 9th.

+Good afternoon neighbors and happy Labor Day Weekend.
+This month the meeting is a week earlier. YES. A week earlier.
+That means this is a busy week.
+Kids are back in school.
+Sunday (tomorrow) at 4:00PM at the clubhouse is a Talk Around.
+Tuesday trash goes out and there is an RGS Walk Around at 9:30AM starting at the main pool.
+Thursday at 7:00 PM is the Board Meeting for the month of September. Attached you will find the agenda.

+B. 2025-2026 Reserve Study
+C. Pool Proposals
+D. Address Plaque Replacements
