+ | Lynn Slack received the highest number and was reinstalled as President of the Board. | ||

+ | Akin Odebunmi received the second highest votes and was installed as At Large member. | ||

+ | Paul Nelson and Kirk Bulis tied for third and Paul made the decision to retire after more than two decades of service. Thank you Paul. Kirk continues to serve as Vice President. | ||

+ | Looking ahead to the next 10 days, we will have a financial committee meeting on Sunday at 3:00PM in the clubhouse immediately preceding the March Talk Around, which will start at 4:00 PM. (That is the first day of Daylight Savings so it will be a later sunset. Yahoo.) | ||

+ | Conversations are of a continuing nature. For instance ... | ||

+ | The main pool resurfacing ... The board voted to move forward and we are currently in the clarifying stage with Alan Smith Pools. | ||

+ | The Slope 1 repair and reconstruction continues. Legal currently has the ball and we are moving ahead in cooperation with the City of Yorba Linda. | ||

+ | The two-plaza-paver-project and concrete project are still in the works. | ||

+ | The trash pickup review conversation continued with reports given from walk throughs and comments by neighbors. We have 12 plazas and each will need their own solution. We will talk more about this at the talk around. | ||

+ | The patio survey has begun and we will talk more about this at the talk around. | ||

+ | Monarch Landscape Consulting gave a proposal and helped us with more perspective. We could use more input on the landscaping of the future here at the Knolls. We will talk more about this at the talk around. | ||

+ | The Community-Wide Garage Sale is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 17th with the dumpster, shredding, and electronic waste scheduled for May 19th through the 23rd. We could use some help with getting the word out. We will talk more about this at the talk around. | ||
